Summer Camp Program

 

May 30 - August 11

Offered for children in grades Pre-school 3 through 6th grade (grade level completed this school year)

 

Download the forms below - the enrollment and weeks selection forms are due by March 31:

$100 deposit must be turned in with the enrollment form.

Swimming/Splash:
  • PS 3 and PK 4 - Splash Days every other Friday (June 9 and 23; July 7 and 21, August 4)
  • K-6th grade - swimming at the Trotter YMCA Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon
Field Trips:
  • Field trips for K to 6th will generally be on Wednesdays. There will be an occasional field trip on a Thursday when the PS and PK children attend. (download the weekly themes information sheet above)
  • Most field trips will require that you bring a sack lunch (details will be given with each scheduled field trip note)
 

** If you are not enrolled as a student at Memorial Lutheran during the regular school year, you must provide a copy of your child's immunization records and birth certificate. Also required is the allergy form signed by the parent/guardian.

 

Lunches:
  • Parents are to provide their child's lunch
  • Parents may choose to purchase  a lunch from our lunch provider, The Healthy Lunchbox
