Athletic Program:

Memorial Lutheran School offers sports opportunities to students in grades Kindergarten through 8. The MLS mascot is the Mustang, and our colors are green and white!

Participating in athletics gives students the opportunity to work as a team and learn Christian sportsmanship.

Grades 5 through 8 participate in the Houston Lutheran Athletic Conference(HLAC) and compete against other Lutheran schools in the Houston area (in some sports 4th graders may also participate).

  • Girl's volleyball in the fall for grades 4 through 8
  • Co-ed Soccer in the fall for grades 4 through 8
  • Girl's and boy's basketball in the winter for grades 4 through 8
  • Girl's Cheerleading during basketball season grades 5 through 8
  • Track and Field in March and April
  • Baseball for boys in grades 5 to 8

Grades Kindergarten through 4 may participate in the West Houston Christian Athletic League's basketball program if there is enough interest from students/parents. Those games are played in February and March on Saturdays.
