Here are a few helpful resources that will better equip you to stay involved and active in your student’s education.

UNIFORM POLICY

Memorial Lutheran School adheres to a school uniform policy for students in Preschool to 12th grade. Lands' End is our school uniform supplier. Children are to wear the official school uniform each day of the week. On Wednesdays, the “Full Dress” uniform is to be worn — that information is indicated in the uniform policy

Uniforms, including P.E. uniforms required for grades 6-12, may be ordered through Land's End using our school number:  900153529

MLS also has a Uniform Exchange that is free of charge. There are uniform exchange days a few times a year where parents may drop off or “shop" for gently used items. Parents may also contact Ms. Terri Boyd is a need arises.

PTL

The Parent Teacher League ("PTL") is an organization designed to assist and support all Memorial Lutheran School programs, students, and faculty through activities that promote fellowship and education within the Christian body.

All current teachers and parents and/or legal guardians of students who currently attend Memorial Lutheran School are automatically members of the PTL.

PTL sponsored events include:

  • Oktoberfest
  • Teacher Appreciation Week
  • Go Texan Day
  • School fundraisers

For more information, visit the PTL Facebook Page

FAMILY HANDBOOK

Daily life at Memorial Lutheran School centers on the truth of the Gospel (Lutheran) and the truths of our academic instruction (classical). Through these we endeavor to incline our students towards principles that form children to be well educated and loving. We do this both for the glory of God and the love of the neighbor. These principles can be understood in three categories that we: Believe, Teach, and Confess.
