It is with this unwavering commitment in mind that we proudly introduce our inaugural annual fund: Omnibus.
Our Mission: Building a Firm Foundation
At Memorial Lutheran School, our mission is to build a strong foundation for our students. Education goes beyond academics; the values we teach shape our students' character, their love for the neighbor, and prepares them for life beyond the classroom. Omnibus supports this mission by enhancing our school in ways beyond tuition.
Why Omnibus?
Omnibus is our all-in-one effort to uphold the high standards and values of MLS. Your support helps us improve every aspect of our school, making it a better place for students to learn and grow.
Last year, Omnibus funds were used to improve the gym floor and add new flooring in the science and art classrooms. Gym floor construction is planned for Thanksgiving break. The funds also supported faculty professional development, with many teachers pursuing advanced degrees and training. Additionally, the Omnibus fund provided scholarships and financial aid for students from kindergarten to 12th grade.
This year, in addition to continuing support for scholarships, financial aid, and professional development, MLS aims to update the playground and enhance building security with a new PA system.
